I was working on a photoshoot with model Camille Leon and make-up artist Mariska. During this photoshoot we decided to take a small diversion from the original shoot for a while and take some images of her pregnancy.
Since we worked with a dark and moody lighting setup for the original shoot, we decided to maintain that for these maternity images. We decided to use a limited amount of light which just accentuated the shape of her body.
Here are some of the results:
For this shoot I only used one studio strobe with a stripbox. And that’s it. Pretty simple setup with some nice results.
Thank you Camille for asking for this diversion of the original shoot. It was a nice surprise and cool to create some extra images. And thanks to Mariska too for the great make-up job she did.
And for those who wonder what the original photoshoot was actually about. More on that topic soon in a future news message on this website.
